This August, Canadian dairy and one of New Brunswick’s best-loved local foods are coming together on menus across the province. Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick is proud to return as a supporting partner of Wild Blueberry FlavourFest, taking place August 23 to 30. More than 200 participating locations are serving limited-time dishes, desserts, drinks and other creations inspired by New Brunswick wild blueberries.

 

At select locations, festival-goers can enjoy special #BerriesAndDairy creations pairing wild blueberries with quality Canadian dairy. The province-wide festival is an opportunity to explore local flavours, support participating businesses and discover what New Brunswick kitchens can create with ingredients produced close to home.

 

“FlavourFest gives people a chance to experience wild blueberries in new and unexpected ways,” said Don Arseneault, Executive Director of Bleuets NB Blueberries. “With more than 200 locations participating, there is something to discover in communities across New Brunswick.”

They can also enter the Wild Blueberry FlavourFest contest for a chance to win one of 10 custom Flavour Boxes. Valued at $200 each, the popular prize boxes are filled with locally made wild blueberry products, Canadian dairy and everything needed to enjoy a special #BerriesAndDairy experience at home.
